Facilities

The main entrance is on the north end of the building -- where the railroad waiting rooms and ticket areas were located.

Exhibits include information on World War I, World War II, American Legion, American National Guard, 1941 Army Manuevers in Prescott, photos of Nevada County Veterans, early settlements and settlers of Nevada County, various collections pertaining to the Civil War, John Teeter, and railroads. Visitors will find the displays and exhibits clean, uncluttered, documented, and easy to view. While some exhibits are permanent, others rotate for a period of months.

Appointments for groups or special circumstances are possible by contacting the curator.
