Subject: Hamilton, Bennett, Bright, Smith

Message:

My mother (Mary Ruth Hamilton Schulz) was born in Emmet in 1921, but moved to TX around 1924. My grandfather (Hinton Hunter Hamilton Sr.) was the son of CW Hamilton and Bettie Bright Hamilton. My grandmother (Earlis Alva Smith) was the daughter of James Franklin Smith and Dovie May Bennett Smith.

I have been attempting to trace the family. I have hit a dead-wall concerning James Franklin Smith. He was born in Nevada Co. and in a census says his father was born in Mississippi and his mother in Arkansas. Would anyone have any information about his parents? Any information on the other families would also be great. Thank you for any help.
