The Nevada County Depot and Museum is located in the restored and renovated 1912 MoPac Railroad Depot in Prescott, Arkansas. It houses thousands of artifacts, documents and photographs. Hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. From time-to-time, the Depot and Museum is closed during the noon hour. Your membership and support are appreciated. McKelvy's Cemetery SurveyThis is a very-near up-to-date survey (24495 records) of the cemeteries in Nevada County Arkansas. Since 1997, Jery and Jeanie McKelvy have conducted a periodic canvas of each cemetery in the county and use additional resources to keep the listings current. References to "earlier record" usually refer to a survey conducted in the 1950's by the Nevada County Extension Homemakers' Clubs, the original of which is on file at the Museum.
