Obituary: Mrs.Betty Tomlin, age 88 of Rosston, Akansas, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday October 12 , 2022, in Prescott, Arkansas. She was born December 4, 1933 in Laneburg, Arkansas to L.B. "Bunk" and Tena Helsel Green. Betty was a homemaker, enjoyed flower gardening, sewing, and was a wonderful cook. She married the love of her life, C D (Denton) Tomlin in 1952 and together they shared seventy wonderful years. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Karen Tomlin, a son Joseph Tomlin, sisters May Belle Green, Helen May, and Vernell Loe, brothers Imon Green, James Green, and Lonnie Green. Survivors include her husband Clyde D Tomlin, children David Tomlin (Brenda) of Sheridan, Jason Tomlin (Kim) of Emerson, Linda Patton of Waterloo and Pam Frederick (Paul) of Prescott. Grandchildren Karen Neel, Amanda Frederick, Joseph Gulley (Ashley), Randy Frederick (Kacie), Jeremy Langley, Stephanie Powell and Krysta Parker. Great grandchildren Cameron Dillard, Christian Dillard, Morgan Dillard, Kaiden Neel, Blaine Neel, Isaac Frederick, Elijah Frederick, and Delilah Tharp, great-great granddaughter Elaine Rose Dillard. Sister Marie Bussell (Kenneth) of Camden, brother Homer Green (Janice) of Rosston, and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5pm-7pm Friday, October 14, 2022 at BRAZZEL/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Graveside Funeral Services will be 10:00am Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Bluff Springs Cemetery in Rosston, Arkansas with Rev. Jeremy Langley officiating, under the direction of BRAZZEL/Cornish, The Funerl Home of Prescott, Eddie Brazzel Director.
