I have a marriage license for Malley Dempsey and Susie Jones..Dated June, 22 1901..

I understand this man was black. I was given the license by mistake when I was in Nevada county, Ar. retrieving licnse for my grandfather. also a Dempsey.

Would like to get this to the rightful owners. ( No cost, only postage )
