Obituary: Mrs. Cheryle Cornelius, age 62 of Blevins, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 in her home. Cheryle was born January 24, 1959 to Rufus and Ruby Askew, in Texarkana, TX. She was a retired LPN from Heather Manor Nursing and Rehab, and was a member of White Oak Grove Church. She dearly loved her family and also the patients that she served over the years. She was a kind soul and will be missed by those who knew her. She is preceded in death by one brother, Dwight Askew; and one sister, Deborah Jean Askew. Those left to cherish her memory are: husband, Carl Cornelius of Blevins, AR; two sons, Jason Akin, wife Becky of Fulton, Arkansas, Jaydyn Cornelius, two daughters, Lindsey Cornelius Wrinkle, husband Dustin of Blevins, AR and Amanda Warren, fiancé Justin Brown of McCaskill, AR; parents, Rufus and Ruby Askew of Prescott, AR. brother, David Askew, wife Carol of Prescott, AR. Ten grandchildren: Abbi, Mason, Kason, Jaydyn, Connor, Olivia, Wesson, Addison, Ainsley, Isaiah. A host friends and loved ones. Visitation will be 1:00pm top 2:00pm Saturday June 12, 2021 at Union Baptist Church in Bodcaw. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Union Baptist Church, Bodcaw, AR, with Bro. Joe Brown and Bro. John Nations officiating. Burial to follow at Union Cemetery.
