Obituary: Donald "Donny" Ray Hunt, 60, of Prescott, AR went to be with His Lord and Savior Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Baptist Health Hospital in Little Rock. He was born July 25, 1961 to Bryan and Edith Myers Hunt in Prescott, AR. Donny worked at Potlach for 28 years before its closure. He enjoyed coaching local youth sports for over 20 years, taking pride in being a positive influence in countless peoples lives. He is preceded in death by his mother, Edith Myers Hunt and sister-in-law, Kay Hunt. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Helen Hunt; children, Jessica Wright and B. Christopher (Brittany) Hunt; 7 grandchildren, Tanner, Addison, Lily, Elijah, Zoey, Reaghan, Dahlia; parents, Bryan and Betty Hunt; siblings, Rhonda (Donald) Lee, Mike Hunt, Wendy (Max) Morman, Brandi (Shawn) Woods; several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and numerous friends. Visitation is scheduled 6:00-8:00pm Friday, April 22, 2022 at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home in Prescott, AR. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nevada County Cancer Society PO BOX 45 Prescott, AR. 71857. Graveside service is scheduled 2:00pm Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Deann Cemetery with Bro. Phil Hull officiating under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home of Prescott.
