Obituary: Janice Lynn Clark Pierce, age 66, of Falcon, Arkansas, passed from this life on September 16, 2022 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. She was born on April 6, 1956 in Lewisville, Arkansas to Loyd and Lenora (Wise) Clark. Jan enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling (especially to the beach), fishing, hunting, shopping and worshipping with her church family. She was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 47 years, Ricky Pierce; her daughter, Mona Gilingham and husband Richard; her son, Wes Pierce and wife Cheri; 4 grandkids, Kara and Alex Gilingham, Eli and Ali Pierce; her sister, Brenda Hamilton and husband, Pat; her very best girlfriends, Tammye Sanders, Carla Minter and Tammie Russell; her aunts, Kay Pennington, Pat Wilson, Pat Jones, and Sue Walters; her nieces, Holly Collier and Laura Powell; her nephews, Eric Pierce, Brandon Teague and Neil Blakley; many great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Smith Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. Nick Perry officiating under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, Arkansas. Interment will follow at Falcon Cemetery with Bro. Roy Stringfellow speaking. Visitation will be held at A. O. Smith Funeral Home Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
