Obituary: Ruel M. McKelvy, aged 75, of Bluff City (Nevada County) died Saturday. He was a retired farmer, a World War II veteran, and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors are his wife, Vernell Green McKelvy, three sons, Jerry McKelvy of Camden, Billy Ray McKelvy of DeQueen, and Eddy Gene McKelvy of Bluff City; a sister, Myrtie Irvin of Camden; and four grandchildren. Funeral will be a 2 p.m. Monday at Bluff City Church of Christ. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery near Bluff City by Proctor Funeral Home of Camden.
