It seems that several years ago I came across some information on Moscow when doing some research on little known Civil War battles/skirmishes in SW Arkansas. I know there are some short references in the Official Records. You may also want to do a search on the Southwest Ark. Regional Archives website www.southwestarchives.com/. They are a wealth of information for the area. I also saw a pretty good early map at the Ark. History Comm. in Little Rock several years back with building sites of Moscow.
