Hooker Family @ Nubbin Hill by Monya Hooker Wolfe (pacowolfe@yahoo.com bounced) on 2008-11-14 9:54 p.m.

I am looking for info on the Hookers from Nubbin Hill. My gf was Thomas Julian "Red" Hooker....brothers were Sam, Aud, Sloan. Sam was killed in WWI. Aud was shot and killed out @ Nubbin Hill. My dad was Thomas Wilson Hooker. I have little to no info on great grandparents, James THomas and Mattie King Hooker. Chester Hooker, Aud's son, was my dad's first cousin.

Would appreciate any info you may have.

Thank you so much!

      Hooker details - if you're still looking by Terry M. Sampson (zei@worldnet.att.net) on 2008-11-27 8:39 p.m.

I can send census records and WWI draft registration cards, if you don't have them yet. Let me know if you're interested.

Terry

Thank you for your reply.

I do have the Census and WWI registration cards, but I do appreciate the offer.

Thanks again!

Aud Hooker was my grandfather. Chester was my uncle. My mother, Myra June Hooker Mouser was the third child of Aud and Clara Blevins Hooker. If you were in touch with Chester before he was killed, or his son Jerry I am sure they could give you some information. I was raised in Oregon and know little of the Hooker lineage.
