Smiths of 1890's Prescott by Loralee Wellington (teacher.mom@sbcglobal.net) on 2009-06-20 12:49 a.m.

Does anyone have any information regarding a family of Smiths - Father possibly named Frank, mother Mary A., son Walter Wesley, born Sept 1890, daughter Blanch, born 1892 (I think)? I know they lived in Prescott in 1890 because that's where my grandfather, Walter, was born. In the 1900 census, the father is missing and Mary is listed as a widow. Smith is such a common name, and with no middle initial for Frank, I'm stuck. Anyone know anything about them, or have any suggestions as to records to search? (I've already checked all the local cemetery indices, at least the ones online...)

Thank you

Loralee
