Obituary: | Mrs. Maria Morrow, aged 82, of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Maria was born on August 28, 1942, in Mainz, Germany, to Maria and Herman Felix Viet. Maria was a devoted member of the Lutheran faith. She was a flower garden enthusiast and an avid tennis player. Maria retired as a rural mail carrier before becoming a homemaker. Maria was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Morrow, her parents, Maria and Herman Felix Viet, and her brother, Felix Viet. She is survived by her two sons, Robert Morrow (Tarina) of Prescott, AR, Harold A. “Tony” Morrow (Alicia) of Cypress, TX, and her daughter, Christl Lorelei Hale and (Terry) of Prescott, AR. Maria also leaves behind seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren who will cherish her memory. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the BRAZZEL/Cornish, located at 1196 Highway 371 West, Prescott, Arkansas 71857. A graveside service will take place at 2pm on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Nubbin Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of BRAZZEL/Cornish the Funeral Home of Prescott. |
