Obituary: Mr. William Douglas “Doug” Green passed Sunday September 19, 2021, away in Texarkana, Texas. The angels of God Came and escorted Doug to his final home in Glory there to be with his savior Jesus and to be reunited with his sister Debbie Page and hid recently departed Mother Bernice Green as well as other loved ones that have gone on before, He loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Storehouse Ministries of Bodcaw, Arkansas. Doug was a loving husband to his wife Alison and a loving father to his four children Christina, Jake Natalie and Kaylee all of Rosston, Arkansas. He also left behind his father, Brady Green of Bodcaw, Arkansas as well as six siblings, Donna and Michael Adams of Hope, Arkansas. Dennis and Kelly Green of Willisville, Arkansas, Diane and Jerry Smith of Hope, Arkansas, Pam and Jimmy Taylor of Bodcaw, Arkansas, David and Vonda Green of Bodcaw, Arkansas, Danny and Rachel Green of Texarkana, Texas, along with many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and In-laws all of whom he loved dearly. Doug was a long-time employee of RP logging where he has worked since August of 2005. He will be missed, his larger-than-life attitude and his louder than Life mouth, we will miss him for a while, but the circle will be UNBROKEN….by and by Lord by and by. No PUBLIC visitation is scheduled. In lieu of flowers monetary contributions may be made to funeral expenses. Graveside service will be 2:00pm Saturday September 25, 2021, Rosston Cemetery with Bro. David Green and Ryan Keel officiating. Burial to follow. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie Brazzel Director.
