Obituary: Cathy Sue Ridling, age 77, of Prescott, Arkansas passed away on October 19, 2025, surrounded by family. Mrs. Ridling was born on August 20,1948 in Prescott, Arkansas to her parents, Connie and Pauline Baker Blevins. She was a beloved mother, nana, and Mama Cathy. She was also a member of Missionary Baptist Church; and loved sewing and crocheting. She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Janet Williamson and Paula Jackson. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Greg Ridling, Carol Ridling; brother, Lindsay (Cheryl) Blevins; sister, Kay (Dave) Hendrix; three grandchildren, Dillon (Tara) Ridling, Dakota Ridling, Briar (Emma) Ridling; three great grandsons, Case Ridling, Cash Ridling, Cooper Ridling; bonus granddaughter, Angie Davis; bonus great granddaughters, Jaycee Faulkner , and Harlee Faulkner. Visitation will be held 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at the Missionary Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Neal Ridling and Bro. Greg Ridling officiating. Burial will follow at Nubbin Hill Cemetery under the direction of Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home. The family would like to say Thank You to Susan Plyler with Gentiva Hospice for all the love and care that she has given over the last several months.
