| Obituary: | Calvin Lee Stovall, age 81, passed away on February 7, 2026, in Texarkana, Texas. Mr. Stovall was born on July 22, 1944, in Prescott, Arkansas to his parents, Lawrence and Dolly Renfro Stovall. He was a Self-Employed Car Lot Owner where he ran and operated Calvin’s Auto Sales. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 44 years, Betty Jean Stovall; two grandsons, Josh Edwards, Jeffery Harding; and one brother, Bennie D. Stovall. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Lori Murray & Fiancé Tim Ashby of Texarkana, Arkansas, Robin Johnmann and Andrew of Wake Village, Texas, Kay Harding of Rockwall, Texas, Renay Brown and Perry of Wake Village, Texas; four grandchildren, Madison Murray, Justin Stovall, Megan Johnmann, Marissa Stathis; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow immediately at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Nick Flowers officiating. Burial will be at Bodcaw #1 Cemetery under the direction of Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home. |
